2)a) There were small lego blocks and some beads that were accessible to the toddler in care today, posing a choking hazard. 2)c) A cord was hanging from the speaker on the fireplace mantel. It was accessible to children. 2)c) The cord for the water dispenser is accessible to children. 2)d) There were plastic bags in the cabinet under the kitchen sink that were accessible to children in care because the cabinet has a latch that is very easy to open (push-down type latch). 3)g) There was a broken toy truck on one of the shelves. 3)g) The play pen in the licensed space had torn mesh panels on the sides and cracked plastic on the top corner. 3)g) There are three riding toys in the outdoor play area that have broken or missing parts. One is missing the steering wheel and there is broken plastic there. One is missing a handlebar grip and has broken plastic on the trunk. One has a broken plastic door on the back of it. 5)g) There is an air freshener plugged in next to the sink in the bathroom where it is accessible to children while they are washing hands.
